This example demonstrates utilisation of an WIPGU "under the cover" GSM/GPRS modem installed under the terminal cover of a third party metering product.
The third party meters auxiliary power supply directly powers the WIPGU GSM/GPRS unit from the meters integral low voltage power supply.
Alternatively a third party meter may be connected to the WIPG247C GSM/GPRS Wireless Modem and the meter powered by the WIPG's integral 80-240v AC power supply.
